Mindful Arts in the classroom with Andrew Jordan Nance

In this week’s episode we talk to author Andrew Jordan Nance about his journey to mindfulness and education. Andrew shares his passion for bringing mindfulness to students through storytelling and the arts. He is the author of three children’s books as well as Mindful Arts in the Classroom, a user friendly curriculum written especially for teachers that uses stories, arts and games to share mindfulness and build social emotional awareness tools with their students. Andrew’s work and offerings are a gold mine for teachers who are looking to support their students emotionally this year.

So hopefully this episode felt supportive and helpful. We are wishing you all the space and grace you need to remain in good health, body, mind and spirit. Friends, we‘ve got this!
