Embodying SEL for Educators
Embodying SEL for Educators
This workshop centers on the most critical SEL skill: self-awareness. Self-awareness is the cornerstone for developing the other core SEL skills of self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and decision-making. The more aware we are of how we operate, the more resilient and emotionally intelligent we become. Because you can’t teach what you don’t practice, educators who teach with awareness are not only emotionally healthier, but they are able to support student SEL in a deeper, more authentic way.
