Criticism. Anger. Judgment.

Criticism. Anger. Judgment. These are harsh words that can be very impactful on our emotions and mindset.

In many places, the tides have turned right now on education and educators. In the spring, society as a whole were singing the praises of educators everywhere while we pulled off the unimaginable with very little training or time. And here we are now, with the pendulum seemingly swinging in the opposite direction.

This profession is one that we both chose, love, and are so proud of and hearing what people are saying about teachers is something we are really struggling with and you may be too.

So listen in to this episode where we discuss how to mindfully handle what seems to be a timely issue across the country right now. Criticism. Anger. Judgment.

And don’t forget to check out the end of our podcast where we offer our own version of Show and Tell, where we share what we are into this week.

We are wishing you all the space and grace you need to remain in good health, body, mind and spirit. Friends, we‘ve got this!

And lastly, If you are looking to build resilience this year and are interested in our Bite Sized PD offerings discussed on our podcast, shoot over to our website themindfuleducators.com to find the details and sign up.
